We are excited to announce some updates to the rules governing our giveaways. 
These changes are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations. Please take note of the following adjustments:

- Eligibility: Giveaways are open to all users who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
In the case of winners under the age of 18, Kfriday has the right to request the consent of the legal representative of the winner.

- Entry Methods: Participants must follow the specified entry methods outlined in each giveaway's terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these methods may result in disqualification.

- Entry Period: Each giveaway will have a designated entry period during which participants can enter. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly or based on specific criteria outlined in the giveaway terms. The selection process will be conducted fairly and impartially.

- Notification and Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. They must respond within a specified timeframe to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

- For Express Giveaway: the winners have a delay of 48 hours to reply and accept the prize. 
Giveaways and OFM giveaways require participants to accept the price within five business days.
If the prize is a collaboration giveaway with a fandom or business, the winners will have five business days to accept the prize.
